1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Ansar Al Mashair Laundry services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all customers, whether you are using our in-store services, pickup and delivery, or online ordering.
2. Services
Ansar Al Mashair Laundry provides professional laundry services including washing, folding, ironing, and dry cleaning. We serve both individual customers and commercial clients. Our services are available 24/7, and we offer pickup and delivery within Makkah and surrounding areas.
3. Pricing and Payment
Our pricing is clearly displayed on our website and in our stores. Prices are in Saudi Riyal (SAR) and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due upon delivery of cleaned items. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment methods.
4. Garment Care
While we take every precaution to care for your garments, we cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, age, or inherent fabric weaknesses. Please inform us of any special care requirements when dropping off your items. We recommend removing all items from pockets before submitting clothes for cleaning.
5. Claims and Liability
Any claims for damaged or lost items must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Our liability is limited to ten times the cleaning cost of the item, up to a maximum of SAR 500 per item. We are not responsible for items left unclaimed for more than 30 days.
6. Pickup and Delivery
We offer pickup and delivery services within our service area. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on demand and location. We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed-upon delivery times but cannot guarantee exact delivery windows.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before processing begins. Once cleaning has started, cancellation may result in partial charges. Express service orders cannot be cancelled once submitted.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
